This commissioned work is not as bland as one might fear. Although dated, it nevertheless evokes the establishment by colonial states of a lucrative trade, with complete disregard for the health of the populations.  <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">England with opium, the Netherlands with cocaine.
